Whilst TAGAN Marketing works with a diverse range of brands, we have a very strong understanding of the hospitality industry, specifically the independent hotel market. What do we offer in monthly marketing support packages?

Monthly support packages are entirely bespoke for each client depending on their marketing goals. Website management, Paid Advertising and SEO support rely heavily on data analysis to make informed decisions that lead to valuable results. Alongside proactive implementation time, all traditional support packages included allotted time for data analysis, consultancy, strategy and catch-up meetings to ensure all expectations and targets are met. All our monthly support packages start at 10 hours/month.

TAGAN Marketing specialises in designing Shopify websites for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). In this instance, we would place a business on one of three Shopify-hosted plans: Basic, Shopify or Advanced. We utilise Shopify’s UX dynamic themes (website templates), to build highly curated stores/websites that readily prompt conversion for website visitors. For businesses that own an existing custom-development website that needs optimising / management, we can support improving your website front end via your content management system. All of our action points are data-informed after reviewing GA4, Hotjar and cross-channel revenue data.

What is the cost of a Shopify website design project?

This is dependent on the deliverables for your website. However, is pricing and service follows the ethos of "providing the same value as larger agencies, but at a significantly lower cost for SMBs".

In the consultation phase of a website project, one of the TAGAN Marketing team will host a discovery session with you to outline some of the initial deliverables that the website can offer. Following this, a website intake form will be sent across to inform a finalised bespoke proposal to meet your business needs and goals.

Do we offer Shopify store migration from other platforms?

We do indeed. Most commonly, we offer data migration from WooCommerce stores to a new Shopify store via Matrixify. In this instance, we can pass over your product/collection/order data, alongside any other data that will be of use.

How do we create effective ad campaigns?

Following our consultation calls and paid advertising intake forms, we audit your ad accounts to get an understanding of how past users have previously engaged with your paid media channels. Following this, we determine your goals for paid advertising and map out a series of campaigns that will target primary stages of the conversion funnel. Depending upon your goals, we will choose between Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and/or Google Advertising. Once data has been collected, we will move to tackling all stages of the conversion funnel with further ad types.

What SEO services do we provide?

Our SEO support packages are focused on strategic content-related optimisations and technical issues. Following the discovery phase, an SEO audit will be created to inform an content strategy that will target users at both the top-of-funnel (TOFU) and bottom-of-funnel (BOFU). Additionally, the audit will outline any technical holes there are on your website. Applicable, high-search volumes keywords are then implemented throughout your internal page content, meta data and alt text to boost search positions and organic traffic to your listings. Technical issues are fixed where appropriate and page-type specific schema is implemented via integrations. Schema helps Google and other search engines understand the purpose of your website (and pages).

How long does it take to see results from SEO efforts?

SEO is a long term strategy. For some top-of-funnel (TOFU) pages/posts, significant traffic results can be experienced fairly quickly in the first month of implementation, but this is dependent on the type of keywords added. Comparatively, content optimisations to some of your key revenue pages (homepage, collection page, about us, etc.), may deliver an uptick in results over a longer period. This is because competition for these bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) keywords may be significantly greater.

Can we help with content creation for better SEO performance?

For key revenue pages (BOFU), our content optimisations tend to be within the existing copy on these pages. This is to ensure that a brand’s valued tone of voice is always maintained on these core pages.

However, for top-of-funnel (TOFU) pages/posts such as news articles, our SEO Audit informs a range of blog titles and blog topics that we can tackle following high organic search volume affiliation. Utilising ChatGPT and our own copy-writing skills, we produce insightful articles that are also rich in traffic driving keywords.
